"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I asked for a late check-out of 3pm knowing that they would reject it or at the very best they would agree to one hour or so past the 11am check out time. They allowed my request with no additional fees. Each time I pulled up to the hotel, they came out and made sure I had a proper parking place. I left my jacket in the hotel after I left. "Always an enjoyable stay! The staff are the best part of staying here. They are unfailingly kind, helpful, patient and friendly. Location is unbeatable, and easy walk to Salah al Din and the Old City. The only (slight) disappointment was breakfast. There are not enough fresh and healthy options available. Brewed coffee and hot tea are included. But espresso drinks (lattes, Americano, cappucino,) are extra and expensive. Great people, and always a nice experience. We will be back!"
