"Large pool, good breakfast and beachfront!"

"The location, food available and staff were fantastic. The pool is nice and pleasant and so was our room (Double Sea-View). Shops and other restarants/bars nearby. It is a perfect hotel to unwind and relax with plenty of loungers available on the private beach. Võ Bích Thùy, who works in the Waterlily restaurant, was a great waitress! Her friendliness and enthusiasm was awesome, and she warned me away from having a raw fish dish one night (I wasn't aware it'd be raw) so is aware that whats suitable for some nationalities may not be okay for others. There were very few British guests at Hoang Ngoc Resort, and this, for us, was a bonus. It was a very pleasant escape for 9 nights and extremely good value for money. Although it is a 3.5hr drive, the hotel provides a modern air-conditioned transfer taxi with a safe and experienced driver who collected us and took us back to Saigon for only £60 each way! The gardens are exceptionally lovingly maintained and a brilliant addition to the Resort. The tropical fish, birds, and butterflies are all lovely and make the morning walk from the rooms to the pool/beach an absolute delight. All in all it provided great value for money and a wonderful escape from the thriving hustle and bustle of Saigon."

"My mom and I LOVED this place and plan to come back when we visit Vietnam again. We went to 5 different cities in South Vietnam and this was our second city. We compared every hotel we went to with this one because they really are so good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious we had breakfast and dinner here."

"To me, this resort couldn't be better: the two large clean swimming pools, the oceanfront location, the friendly staff who make you feel right at home, the excellent breakfasts, big comfortable rooms. Perfect."

"The room was run down. Walls were falling apart fuzz balls behind headboard. Towels were stained, shower temperature goes from cold to hot then very hot, in the lowest setting. The property is right on the beach, with a nice pool but beach is dirty (that is for everyone regardless of where you stay.) Next door is a dumpsite. Eating facility is nice right by the beach. "

"Wonderful stay. The room was big and comfortable. The infinity swimming pool is great after a long hot day. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended to do laundry and rent motorcycles from the lady across the road and explore the attractions in Mui Ne"

"Loved the villa, with our own nice outside porch. Beach was nice, except lots of trash on the beach - all sites need to hire someone to clean it up daily because it washes up constantly -plastic, styrofoam,etc. pool and grinds were beautiful. Only downside was the breakfast. Not very good. We ate mostly offsite. Staff were good, and friendly. "
