"I arrived late from Saigon as I took a sleeper bus and no one was at the reception desk with the gates to the guesthouse closed. Apparently my booking was missed out by them and I had to cross the street to ask someone to help me call the guesthouse. It took them some time to find my booking and don't expect much from the room given the price you pay. You will be co-staying with ants and bring your own toiletries as soap is not provided. "The room was run down. Walls were falling apart fuzz balls behind headboard. Towels were stained, shower temperature goes from cold to hot then very hot, in the lowest setting. The property is right on the beach, with a nice pool but beach is dirty (that is for everyone regardless of where you stay.) Next door is a dumpsite. Eating facility is nice right by the beach. "

Quieter end of Mui Ne which is what i wanted. Very safe and someone on site 24/7. Host is a lovely man with good English skills. Please note you cannot get breakfast here and there are no cooking facilities but there is a very wide selection of restaurants and the food is very fresh and cheap.
