"Nice breakfast options, stunning & remote location that is easy to reach, within walking distance of the Bang Bao beach, free & unlimited drinking water in your room and on the beach, as well as use of kayaks, snorkelling gear, sun loungers and a towel. The beach has a swing, palm trees, is incredibly long, a great site for snorkelling and has buttefflies, cute crabs and the a dog occasionally passing through (totally harmless). The sunset view is to die for, the sky lights up with stars in the night and you are surrounded by the beautiful noises of both sea and nature. You also get a great view from the breakfast area and the swimming pool is enormous. They arranged a driver for me to sitesee because I don't know how to ride a scooter, and they gave me a whole chocolate cake for my birthday (with candles & a cute flower-towel arrangment message on my bed). The new managment under Ajinta ('Cham's House' was the old managment) is serious about putting customers first and making sure they have a great stay, with both service and character. The restaurant below the resort remembers returning customers, can add the bill to your room and greets you in the evening with a warm towel & a mosquito spray."

"I had a great stay at Good Time Sports Village on Koh Mak. The Jungle View room was much better than expected, comfy and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff were super friendly, especially the porter, who was very helpful (maybe a bit too helpful—he kept offering rides, but I rented a scooter instead). The German lady in charge was really kind and welcoming. I was a bit nervous because of some mixed reviews, but my experience was really positive. Compared to pricier options on nearby islands like Koh Kood and Koh Chang, this place felt affordable, though it could be slightly cheaper. The gym, pool, and yoga classes were nice, but don’t expect a full-on sports complex. If you’re into fitness, check out the nearby Elite Fight Club Muay Thai camp—it’s awesome and underrated. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re traveling solo or as a couple. It’s a great base to explore the island, relax, and do some activities. Definitely recommend! The only thing I didn't like was that the room got very bright in the morning so it made me wake up very early. Also there were alot of birds or something bouncing around on the roof which kept me awake. So sleep quality could have been better."

"It was in a very beautiful setting, but quite a way out of town, so hiring a scooter was preferable. The staff were wonderul, the breakfast really good in a restaurant over looking the beautiful sea."

"Beautiful resort , only a few bungalows but extensive grounds and all very well maintained. Sea very clear and warm. Only reservation is the early closure of the restaurant, meant walking a kilometre to the village . Would definitely recommend "
