"Property was ideal. End unit near the beach. It had a fenced-in outdoor space facing the beach. Plus two outdoor porches. Bonus-Hot tub too! Our weekend was a rain-out but each floor had large windows facing the beach which was a beautiful view. We were able to enjoy the porches too. "

The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. "Kris is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Both checking in and out are easy breezy. The home is clean and there is a lovely large backyard and deck. The amount of space was comfortable for us. The bathrooms are clean and the towels are fresh and fluffy. The dishwasher, refrigerator and clothes washer and dryer are new and nice. "Comfy bed, lots of amenities, tv didn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out, quiet neighborhood plus off street parking. The property was super convenient to the airport and my sister’s house in Maplewood. The host was kind and responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay again. "

"The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. At one point the light cut out in one of the rooms, but Michael did explain to us why that happened and give us a way to fix the issue. The neighborhood surrounding the property is not one I would recommend to people who are traveling alone, but the property does have a security door and an automatic lock on the main door.
