"We had family come from all over and we meet there for Thanksgiving week. It was amazing. Everything was perfect and so roomy. This house has everything you will need. There was not one thing we had to go get for the whole week. Views were great, if the weather would have been better would have made it a little better but we made the best out of it. "

"Beautiful home to celebrate the 2024 holiday season!The home is large, lots of room to move about! The location is right on the water with a dock to sit on and watch the sunset! The beach is an 8 minute walk, can easily grab a wagon and drag all your beach gear there!Right now there is a lot of construction with new homes being built, but we never heard any noise, a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well stocked! The balconies off of the rooms and kitchen gave a quiet place to have coffee in the morning or just hang out in the evening! The pool is beautiful, we happen to visit when it was a little bit cooler, but the rental company was gracious enough to heat the pool so we could jump in there on a couple of the days. There were tons of pool and beach equipment to use. Right off of the pool was a tiki bar and large refrigerator, only suggestion would be putting a TV in that area, it was a big football weekend! A fire pit or table also would have been a lovely addition! Lots of beach towels were available for us to use, along with flip flops if we forgot ours at home. The elevator was a bit finicky, easier just to go up the stairs, but definitely helpful with large luggage getting up to the third floor. Only other suggestion would be to put a full length mirror in the house! Any questions we had, the rental company was quick to follow up with us. They continually checked in on us during our stay! Would absolutely stay again!"

"Our family had a wonderful weeklong stay at this home. Location is great and the home was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the views are amazing. We watched dolphins swimming in the sound and enjoyed fishing off the pier. For us the only negative was the stairs, be prepared for some steep stairs. None the less, it is a great home and we enjoyed our stay."
