"Havent been to a hotel for a while a friend of mine suggested this one and i will 100% be going back, staff are brillant and instantly help you, goimg for breakfast in the morning is so simple and lots of space to choose where to sit. The room was so nice, even has a shower you can make the glass seethrough on so your partner can watch you wash, public toilets are well maintained and clean. Lots of different type of people so the setting is great. Deliveroo comes up until 3am there (bonus!) Was an absolute perfect stay. "

"When we arrived at the train station we put the address shown on Expedia into the maps and it took us to totally the wrong place in the opposite direction! So the address definitely needs updating. The the size of the rooms and especially the bathroom are very small. We had a twin room and the beds were 2ft 6ins wide, not 3ft. The bathroom was tiny, my husband at 6ft 2ins would not have been able to fit in to use the toilet and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. Otherwise, good value for money and great location. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, although the position of the bed meant that I could clearly hear people using the toilet in the room next door. The toilet in my room made a loud humming noise while the cistern was filling but it only lasted for about 5 minutes each time. It was a good value stay in Portsmouth though"
