"The property shows signs of heavy use, with chipped kitchen cabinets and stove burners that do not all function properly. The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. Additionally, we noticed a strong sewer smell in the parking area. Our child's feet were black from walking on the floor upon arrival, requiring us to clean the floors. I also had to...

"Wonderful location for magnificent view of the river. We had a bit of trouble locating the driveway to access the property since it's a bit confusing especially if it's late. Look for the old Mexican restaurant El burrito to turn into street!"

The home is right by downtown and the beach, and beautifully decorated/welcoming. We definitely enjoyed staying here and would consider so again in the future.The check-in instructions received stated a code would be sent the afternoon of check-in (I did not think to follow-up on not having received the code as we were driving in through the afternoon/evening)....

"Extremely diappointing. Pictures of living room ,dining room and kitchen ette, all in one room approx 14× 16. No stove, no oven, no kitchen sink. When you sat at dining table, you couldnt open frig. NO fire escape route. Grill, pool very dirty. No usable pool chairs. Bedroom closet 1/2 full of owners property. Owner and/ or his dogs in our space daily. Owner very rude and unaccomadating."
