"The property shows signs of heavy use, with chipped kitchen cabinets and stove burners that do not all function properly. The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. "Extremely diappointing. Pictures of living room ,dining room and kitchen ette, all in one room approx 14× 16. No stove, no oven, no kitchen sink. When you sat at dining table, you couldnt open frig. NO fire escape route. Grill, pool very dirty. No usable pool chairs. Bedroom closet 1/2 full of owners property. Owner and/ or his dogs in our space daily. Owner very rude and unaccomadating."

"AMAZING view. Place was small, but really perfect for two people. It had all the needed amenities and the bed and bedding were very nice. morning coffee on the patio overlooking the river was the perfect way to start the day. "

"It was a get away from the city, we fished, swam, ate, and relaxed. It was a perfect size for 3 adults. I would say my only 2 complaints would be the air conditioner as if it was hotter . If if was gotter than 95 it would be not cool enough and and pan with a lid. Show was amazing location was perfect."
