"Outstanding hotel - very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff throughout. Steps from the Downtown Mall; very clean throughout; convenient and free parking. The ONLY negative is that he pillows are not at all comfortable - too thin and collapse to almost nothing after laying on them a couple of minutes."

"Upon arrival the computer system was down and we were delayed to check in. However the gentleman at the front desk recognized we needed to be somewhere, he was able to fast track us to our room by confirming it was ready with other staff and manually taking my information. This was terrific service. The only complaint I have about this hotel was I reserved the room on the wrong date in error and I failed to see the print that that my reservation was non refundable even though I didn’t cancel, I simply rescheduled. Be careful on this property when you reserve in the event you need to make a change. Otherwise, this was a great stay. "

"We stayed at Eagle Trace up near the summit. It was just stunning! I loved the condo! I loved the view. I would not recommend The Campfire Grill. Their menu is lacking. A lot. The staff were great. The water park was smell, especially for the $65/70 that I paid per day. Should be included in the condo fee. "

"The handicap accessible rooms are not handicap accessible. Just doorbells and strobes. Everything else is standard and not accessible. Bathrooms ARE NOT handicap accessible as pictured online. It’s a shame, being that the hotel is relatively new. Showers have a few inch height from floor, and there are no grab handles or seating. There was urine from past guests on the floor around the toilet, making the floor sticky. "
