"The information about the place is incomplete. I thought I booked a cabin however it was a room in the motel. The heater can't be regulated and it was either too hot or too cold in the room. The place is nice though with a beatiful lake view and lots if birds to watch. Breakfast is not included and we had to drive 20 miles to get anything to eat. Bring your own snacks. "

"The cabin was very clean tidy and had absolutely everything that I needed. I would definitely stay here again, and if you do-be sure to bring yourself some bubble bath! Make sure you check with the property owner prior to your arrival to find out where you can get the key. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Cabin is perfect for visiting Crater Lake and environs. Would definitely stay again."

"An amazing experience. Rosie is the most generous and thoughtful host. So many extras, from the chili and corn bread upon arrival to the oatmeal and fresh apples for breakfast The roses from her garden smelled so very good. The night sky was so clear, star watching was chilly but delightful. We'll definitely be staying with Rosie again."

"Really enjoyed the space, the way the cabin is up against public lands, the visits to the birdbath by all the birds and access to trails. Peaceful place, even with local traffic passing in front of the cabin. "

"House is on a big lot and was quiet. Very clean and check-in was no problem. We had a small group, and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of towels and kitchen appliances/silverware/etc. Great location, we would stay again! "

"If ever I were to own a cabin, it would be of the design of this one. Rustic feel with solid and complete foundational amenities. Greats: cathedral ceiling/loft/windows, large porch, bbq, wood stove, no TV, solid internet, great shower and bathroom, firm and comfortable mattresses. Nit-picky cons: jacuzzi isn't really a traditional hot tub, 30 min drive to/from Ashland on a very winding (yet picturesque) road, check-out time of 10am with $35 fee to extend to noon. "We loved it here and hope to come back. The river is the main character and the historic cabin makes this a perfect getaway. If you don’t appreciate a little rustic charm you may not enjoy it as much as we did. There are plenty of amenities like the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every night and watched the spawning salmon. There were many books about the area. The host checked in on us which was so nice. We loved the area and can’t wait to return. "
