"Very quiet. Really liked the property and the location. for those who aren't familiar, it really is a great RV park with a few single cabins and a few hotel rooms. We took a hotel room. Big issue is TV service. The restaurant only serves dinner from 5 to 8 pm. The food was very good and more than we two seniors could eat. Sat outside the restaurant for several hours enjoying the location. Would certainly stay again. The least liked feature, over 30 miles from town and restaurants."

"We were in Ashland for the Shakespeare festival. This hotel was clean, the staff was professional and it was just blocks away from the theater. There are many cute tables and seating throughout the property. The breakfast was quite good and we ate outside on the terrace. They even had gf bread. I would highly recommend and we hope to stay again in the future. "
