"The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"The property was fine for the most part. Clean. The street it is on is a construction site at the moment and so it is really noisy from very early. The apartment itself was nice although there was no remote control on the apartment for the television. We had chosen to have a gaming night before going out yet the hdmi port had been doctored and removed. "The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "
