"When we checked in, I was informed that we were being given a room with one queen size bed. I had booked through Expedia and had requested 2 beds. I showed the front desk clerk the order and since they did not have a room with 2 beds available, we were given a complimentary second room. He was very apologetic and quick to fix the issue in a professional manner. Im not sure where the confusion came in, but in the end I was very happy with the solution. "

"You can't walk down to the basement from the front desk....only the elevator. When its check-out time, its brutal as there is only one elevator."
