"Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. "

"We booked this place for a family gathering we had. We had no communication from the property manager regarding how to check in. I messaged through Vrbo, as well as to the phone number and called with no response. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of her and we finally got our arrival details 2 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Upon arrival there were no towels and barely any toilet paper. "There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5.
