"The staff were working very hard and helpful but not given the right tools to make a difference. Ex. There were not enough plates and bowls for breakfast bar. They were washing them constantly so ppl could eat. The front desk did not have keys to pool area so when whoever locked the doors the guests were unable to use facility and the cleanup crew was unable to clean area and reload towels. "

"I thought some of the furniture was outdated. The desk in our room showed servere wear and tear. If i had a complaint it was the noise level. apparently the doorsxare extremely heavy in the rooms. vSo between people coming in and out of the rooms and maid service cleaning. You could not get any sleep on the 2nd floor. vi by no means am a light sleeper. The slamming of the door made you jump. So no sleep the two mornings we were there. Honestly had it not been such dreary cold and rainy...
