"Our room was relatively clean. The bathroom toilet gurgled all night. There was no hot water at the sink. Lighting was odd. The lights and lamps didn't seem to light tje room, just small areas that didn't need light. The construction going on on the roof made parking very inconvenient at best. The bed frame was terrible. The way it stuck out all the way around caused me to beat my shins up constantly. On the other hand, the staff was great! Terrance was especially helpful. He was polite,...

My only complaint is there seemed to be a lot of petty charges that I think should be included, like coffee in the lobby and water bottles in the room. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable with good service."
