"The location is perfect, the staff friendly and courteous, and the hotel and room are modern and very clean. I thought the bed was exceptionally comfortable! The fitness center is well equipped and roomy. While we didn't eat at Certo, we had drinks at the bar and the bartender was also exceptional in his knowledge and presentation with drinks, and also very courteous. The only downside is the cost of the valet parking - it is very expensive. If you can arrive via Metro or work out alternate...

"They have a very strict check in time of 3:00 at which point people stand in a line in the small-ish lobby to all get checked in at the same time. Valet worked very hard but I was told upon arrival that the valet parking was already filled. My car remained on the street until they moved it later. The restaurant doesn’t open up until 5:00 and not really any place to get a drink or snack in walking distance for someone like my husband who is recuperating from surgery and using a cane. "
