"The interior decoration of this property is so elegant and chic it’s lovely. The garden view with spring flowers blooming was gorgeous as well. All the amenities were great; washer/dryer combo worked well, the dishwasher was excellent and there were pods under the sink. The home office looked like it hadn’t been used but it has lots of potential. For some reason I thought there was going to be a bathtub and there is not (I only mention it because someone else had left bath salts behind I think,...

"The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. "The property is well situated - Plantation Road is a lovely little street with one of the best pubs in Oxford as one of its jewels. This property would be perfect for those wanting to explore Oxford proper. Further, because the two bedrooms are subterranean they would remain cool in the summers in our opinion. "

We were a bit concerned that the stores will be closed and stressing about what to eat over Christmas and Boxing Days. Dawn checked the stores across the street and even purchase milk and bread for us. They are very sweet and communicative throughout. "

"Terrific location, with comfortable beds, great showers and clean bathrooms. The kitchen could use some additional glasses, cooking/baking pots. and rugs need an uplift.It would be helpful to have the TV connect, with personal log in with Netfixs and other services.All in all we enjoyed our stay, and the large room was wonderful to entertain my grandchildren. I would certainly return."

"Our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond when I had a few questions. The unit was what we needed, comfortable and space for everyone to spread out. The location was wonderful, we were out walking every day to see what we were interested in, didn’t need an Uber once, And if a bus was needed, the stations were very close."

"Booked very last minute. Communication was great. Beautiful clean and well equip cottage. Beds were very comfy. Excellent location for the high street with lots of nice places to eat. Would definitely recommend."

"A very comfortable place to stay, with 6 good-sized bedrooms and lots of well-splaced sitting areas. The Welcome Cake was delicious and we were very grateful for the eggs and milk - all above and beyond our expectations. The 4 hens were an added delight! Can thoroughly recommend it. An issue with a Roman blind was addressed very quickly but needs a little more attention."
