"Amazing rooms and service. Perfect location. "

"Requested bed guards and high chair. None provided on arrival. Had to wait an hour for a high chair to arrive once checked in. Next day had to request more towels and glasses as only 2 towels left for family of four, dressed gowns were taken away and not replaced next morning too. Cocktails looked nothing like what we asked for (strawberry daiquiris). Nice clean hotel, over priced and not what I would expect from this chain of hotels and the price we paid for the suite for 2 nights. "

"Super location, got off the tram from the airport outside the hotel. Central to everything Edinburgh. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was busy but we were warned by hotel of when the busiest time was if we wanted to avoid it, but the food was good and plentiful with a wide choice. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property was wonderful. Nothing fancy but, quaint and quiet. The staff are lovely despite minimal interaction. The room I stayed in, (family quarters) was lovely. Although a the bathroom was a little small and the cupboard door doesn’t fully shut, it was exactly what I needed. Tea and coffee was provided, which was lovely. "You will not be disappointed! First class service and friendly professional staff. Good central location. If you can book the Club Floor you’ll have a full complimentary breakfast each morning and a 4:00 to 7:00 happy hour with comp drinks and snacks. Well worth the extra for the Club floor. "

"The rooms are really small. Smaller than you could imagine. This was the branding for the hotel though hence the 5 stars because everything else is great! Service was good, location was amazing, and I got some free coffee from the staff. Very nice."

"I paid in full by debit card when I checked in, the payment was approved, but I was still charged a deposit of £60, which shouldn't have been necessary. And now I have to wait for a refund. I have never been charged a deposit by other hotels when paying in advance. "

"I can’t think for a better hotel for Edinburgh - this is my fourth stay in the city and the first time I was happy with a hotel. Very spacious room, large bathroom, comfortable bed and there is a kettle and a nespresso coffee maker that I could start my day in a perfect way!"
