"Absolutely amazing hotel. When travelling, I prefer to stay at chain hotels as they tend to be more reliable and safe. Hotel room was huge, toilet/ shower was a very good size and the check in was so easy. The lady spoke both French and English so made it a very easy process. Got breakfast included which was lovely. Short walk to the museum and Christmas market as well as the high streets and Dunkirk harbour. 10/10 recommend"

"We had a good stay before catching Le Shuttle. It’s very much budget end, but fine for a one night stay. Everything worked, although the plastic toilet flush operating button was cracked and ready to disintegrate. The shower was fine and had a good amount of hot water pressure. The bed was rather hard for my liking, but that seems quite common in France. The sheets and towels were clean and in good condition. "The staff were very rude, "hotel" was a glorified hostel. Not clean, didn't feel safe due to people hanging around outside door until early hours of the morning. Will definitely not be back and would not recommend anyone stays there."
