"Overall a vey good place. My only problem was that there wasn't a desk in my room. Luckily the staff let me do my work in the sitting out area next to reception and did support me there. "

"The Upstairs hotel was a very stylish and fun hotel just steps from the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful! One small point is if you do book one of the small/cheap rooms, they aren't easily accessible via the lifts. You will need to go down a couple of flights of stairs which can be tough with heavy luggage. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ostend!"
