"The hotel was clean and room was well presented. We used the facilities at the Health Club and we enjoyed that. We have a plant-based diet and we found that plant-based options were very limited at dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again "

"Our stay was lovely the staff was so attentive our kettle wasn’t working in our room so we called reception and they fixed it immediately, there was a few different places where there was dust and the shower floor and water marks on the shower door but overall very clean "

I’m now back at home (3 days later) Not sure that the receptionist I spoke to at the hotel was particularly helpful either - or she didn’t understand me ( I was unwell, so I may have been a bit muddled ) There were 2 or 3 receptionists over the period that I spoke to and they were superb. "

"The electric fire in my caravan did not work. The carpets although clean on the surface could do with a deep clean to revive the pile. I reported this to reception. Overhead low flying aircraft every day were very noisy, I know this can't be helped with an RAF base right next door. Otherwise my stay was fine."
