"We were expecting a lovely country house with spa in a quiet location. We were not told that there was a wedding taking place right under our unglazed windows, the spa being a hot tub outside and the reception being a man in a tracksuit who had to be called to attend to us. Completely unprofessional. So bad we turned and walked back out. Disgraceful "

"My family and I stayed here for one night. It was good value for money, with all mod cons, very clean and even a had a hot tub. The main bed is a huge 4 poster and very comfortable. I would stay again 👍"

"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. "Great stay in a disable room apart from house keeping forgot hand wash but there was shower gel and moisturiser in wet area so managed and use own anti Bac gel The Hotel couldn’t do enough for every one especially this morning when Sheffield city centre was covered in snow. We’ll return thank you "

"I cannot fault anything, wish water were a bit warmer, might need new renovation in the near future, rather than that I always have an excellent experience with holiday, this might be my 100 nights overall in the uk and around Europe too. The food in the uk always is an extra mile compare to the Europe one, but the facilities are slightly better in Europe. Big thanks to the holiday in staff for making such a pleasant experience. We will visit you soon in couple of months. "
