"The property was fairly clean, and could use a few minors repairs/ improvements. Cozy is a great word to describe the property overall. Trying to find it was a challenge. Though the owner offered a map, it was not very clear where to enter, and we were insulted by the neighbor for arriving at the incorrect property. However, the owner did a great job with communication. "
