Communication seemed delayed and it was difficult to get in the door to the complex the first time (once you have the fob it's easy). Hot tub was nice, pool was too cool to use (in January). Overall, we had a good stay and would stay again."

Upon entering the place you can tell it seems to be an old warehouse or parking garage that was renovated to be a living space.
