"Property was exactly as stated, more so in my opinion. The grounds are nicely manicured, pool and jacuzzi clean and just a few feet away from the casita. Jennifer was super welcoming and available when needed. The casita itself was as described, perfect for my daughter and I. In and out privileges with gate code. Easy access to highway and shopping. Felt safe and secure. Peaceful and serene. Would definitely stay again!"

"Only reason location isn’t 5 star is because it was tricky to back out onto the main road. There’s nothing that can be done about it and everything else was perfect! I’ll be staying here again when I visit my kids."

"We stayed here for a few days and it was a comfortable stay except for the heat. The kitchen/ dinning space that you walk into is not air conditioned so when you first walk in its hot in there. It cools down after awhile but we stayed in the bedroom for the most part. If you plan on traveling around and not staying in the space all day it serves it's purpose. Maybe the next upgrade they do is install a split unit in the rooms that can be programmed to cool down a couple hours before you arrive....

"Guest house was quaint! And nice to stay in great temperature as well. It does say to contact the host if you have any needs, we ran out of toilet paper, but ended up just going to buy a roll from the store. Amenities were great."

"The place was quiet and spacious. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with the essentials. Just wanted I needed for a relaxing getaway"

"Debra was an excellent host and the property was great. We had a lovely view of the city and it was spectacular at night! Would definately stay here again."

"Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware"

"Absolutely Beautiful place. Great getaway, in our case we were looing for a place for a month in the summer. We have family that live nearby, we wanted our own private place and we hit the jackpot. Perfect location, close to stores,and highways. Heather and Robert were both very accommadating, very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would love to return someday as we are able. i would definately recommend this place for a peaceful retreat."

"This was a perfect place for us while we visited our Navy son and his wife who also live in Spring Valley! The home is beautiful in a very nice neighborhood, it was clean and well cared for. The shower was super hot, which felt great before or after a busy day exploring the glory of San Diego. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and munchies, towels were plentiful, and no need to bring bath soap, or shampoo & conditioner because the bathroom was stocked as well. Bruce, Rebecca, and Bentley...

"We had a wonderfully peaceful stay on the West Star in the San Diego area. The accommodations were exactly as expected. Well cared for and appropriately appointed. The marina itself was lovely. Just such a pleasant environment to spend a peaceful stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They made it so easy and efficient. We would definitely do it all over again. If you’ve never stayed on or spent any time on a yacht, this is a unique opportunity. Well worth it. Highly recommended!!!"
