"Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware"

"This was a perfect place for us while we visited our Navy son and his wife who also live in Spring Valley! The home is beautiful in a very nice neighborhood, it was clean and well cared for. The shower was super hot, which felt great before or after a busy day exploring the glory of San Diego. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and munchies, towels were plentiful, and no need to bring bath soap, or shampoo & conditioner because the bathroom was stocked as well. "We stayed here for a few days and it was a comfortable stay except for the heat. The kitchen/ dinning space that you walk into is not air conditioned so when you first walk in its hot in there. It cools down after awhile but we stayed in the bedroom for the most part. If you plan on traveling around and not staying in the space all day it serves it's purpose. Maybe the next upgrade they do is install a split unit in the rooms that can be programmed to cool down a couple hours before you arrive....
