From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind. "Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!"

"This hotel is some way from the city, high above the port. But with excellent bus services and a wide view, it's well worth the extra few $$ .. Didn't use the breakfast service ( as I made my own meals, the kitchenette in the room is basic but just right for saving money) but if it matches the cool vibe of the staff ladies it must be pretty good 🙂 Also the T V was most welcome, many Eng Lang films on the satellite deals in Romania."

Camerele extrem de mici, baia minusculă probabil confort 3 înainte de '89, calciul de pe pereți încă rezista după 40 de ani. Raport calitate/preț absolut extrem de prost! Preturi imense pentru nimic, nu merita nici 1/4 de preț, foarte dezamăgit de experiență."
