"This is not a 5 star hotel. Expidea advertised AC in the rooms. They tuned it off because the season is over. When the sun beats on the window its 85 degrees. Now way to cool the room. Advertise they no AC in the off season. Would not have stayed. The beach bar is closed. So is the restaurant. We ate at Romeo and Juliet the first night. No one was there. Empty and the server looked irritated we walked in. After ordering and being served a salad, he left. Went home. Told the bar tender his wife was downstairs and walked out. Unprofessional! We never went back again. The breakfast staff was just as bad. They were speaking about how bad it was a guest took 3 egss. Who cares?! My wife is Romanian and listen to your very rude staff. There was only one gentleman who was very polite and greeted us on the last day. I didnt get his name but he should be comended. The beach staff is just as bad. First off they weren't out on the beach at 11am. Lots of people waiting for the doors to be unlocked to get cushions. And expecting a tip. Some guests paid, others didn't. And expect to walk to the gate to get down to the water. The shuttle is seasonal as well!!! They wont let you drive and park by the closed restaurant. Even when the front desk clerk said it was ok. Such a waste of time and money!!"

"The hotel doesn't exist, I was scammed, I had the worse experience, when I arrived in there the there it was another hotel called portobello and to hear that this hotel does not exist since one year. Fortunately I been told I will get my refund by Joaquin A after so many calls and being on the phone with many agent, I hope I will receive it soon, but the experience was bad ruined my holiday as I was with two young children on the street my holiday had transformed in a nightmare and I had to spend extra money to go back the same night. "

"The property was really lovely. The owner came round when we had issues with the boiler (essentially the fire alarm is very sensitive and knocks the gas off) but he did this within 30 mins, and also replaced the non working kettle that same day. The location is superb and I would recommend anyone booking in to do after 1st June as the area around is in off season beforehand so not much is open. So many lovely tavernas and beach restaurants nearby with high quality food. There are multiple swimming pools with security on site. The spa was a little over crowded despite booking sessions but overall the facilities are excellent. Bolt taxis are minutes away at all times and reasonably priced to get you about if you wish to venture out into the rest of the city (which is a 4 hour walk away). "
