"We had plenty of space for 4 guys. We spent most of our time in living room or balcony. The sound of the fountain and architecture of the house made it peaceful. You have the full view of the city. The staff were helpful and communicative over WhatsApp. We asked for messages and coordinated with professionals familiar with house. There’s a bit of travel to and from San Jose or sure but it’s worth it. Always tell driver to follow the signs and the street has white stones lining the roadway....

We stayed just two nights after staying near Manuel Antonio and then La Fortuna so we could visit the Blue Falls and have a short drive back to SJO - and then wished we could stay longer. "This beautiful property, reached by a very steep hill, offers amazing views both day & night. But kitchen amenities are meager and towels are limited. Laundry & outdoor jacuzzi are off limits. No sink plugs make dishwashing & clothes handwashing a challenge; bring your own universal plug. Surprised to find open panes in every room, but, even more surprisingly, no unwanted visitors.
