"It's the perfect place to take a break from travelling. It is very tranquil, with a huge grassy area in front of the rooms and comfortable chairs outside. The staff went out of their way to meet our requests. The room was well equipped, including fresh milk for coffee/tea. The only thing missing was tissues."

"Our stay at the Shan C was amazing ! The accommodation is wonderful - clean, spacious, comfortable and right on the beach. Ken and Belinda are the most fantastic hosts and welcomed us with lots of lovely wee surprises - Belinda makes an amazing Milk Tart which was left as a surprise in our fridge and Ken offers loads of great advice on places to visit. A wonderful couple. Hopefully we'll be back"
