"When looking at the pictures online, we thought it appeared to be aesthetically pleasing condo. It appeared clean & well kept in the pictures. However when we arrived we found the home noticeably dusty and the master bedroom and guest bedroom carpets were visibly dirty with large stains. Much of the woodwork in the bathrooms were dirty and the back of the guest bathroom door was nearly black from use. The refrigerator did no work initially. A service man came out and fixed it and it still didn't...

"The unit was moderate sized and very clean with a small lanai overlooking the golf course. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The location was in a great area. Easy access to the main bldg. and golf course and easy access to and from by the back entrance. Now the bad, the queen bed in the master was like a solid block of concrete. Unsleepable. We had to sleep in the second bedroom on twin beds. A nice TV but only had streaming, no cable so all that it offered was a bunch of news...

"My wife and I along with our 2 11 year old daughters lost our home in a flood due to Hurricane Debby. Zoe let us make this our temporary home for a month and ill be forever grateful. He worked with us on a weekly basis as we weren't sure how long it would take to either get back into our home or find a new one. He was a lifesaver for us. "I had a great stay at the 12th hole hideaway. The property was exactly like the photos. Everything clean and pleasing decor. My only issue was the $650 transfer fee for the amenities package. My stay was for a month and I had no intentions of using anything but the pool a couple of times a week for an hour at the most. HOA won't budge on that transfer fee so no matter if you stay 1 year or 1 month it's $650. I opted to forgo that option so thankfully I found a little pool with easy access a...
