"The stay was suitable for our trip, the room was clean. The only thing I would like to add is that the facilities just need adjusting e.g more toiletries to be offered, and things like a iron to be added downstairs if you did need them, and the door slams so maybe a clasp or something to be added to make it quieter for other guests.
