"Property was great, plenty spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed! Weather did not cooperate but that’s not anyone’s fault. Great location easy drive to Key West as a day trip. My only comment would be that the bathroom fan did not work but not a huge deal."

"We absolutely loved Madison 306! The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything needed for the week. The pool is the nicest we’ve had in the keys and the family also enjoyed catching some fish off the dock. My husband loved getting up early and taking the paddle board out to enjoy the sunrise. The property is perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation, we will be back again next year! "

"The property was great for our week long stay. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and the hours by the pool. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming and shared places to eat and things to do. The condo was just the right size for 4 adults and was quiet. Michael was great to work with and available for any questions or problems. The only issue would be if you have a problem with stairs."

"This condo was an excellent place to stay. The unit was clean, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool and tiki bar, both in the mornings and evenings. The thoughtful inclusion of basic spices, cooking oil, paper towels, coffee filters, and ziplock bags was much appreciated, as were the full-size refrigerator and cooktop.
