"Initially we had problems finding the placing ( the address on Hotels.com does not show a street number ) and only found it after a google search of “jags villa”. It is, though, quite close to the airport and once you find it access to the airport is very easy. The slight downside is that there are no shops or restaurants close by, you have to drive to the other side of the airport to a nice mall to get anything. "When you think of the word Penthouse you think luxury. This penthouse was certainly not that. Our main concern was the safety of the electrics which blew repeatedly every night, luckily the owner showed us where the fuse box was so we could reset it every time we were plunged into darkness. We worked out in the end that we could only use one appliance at a time. "Hello it is a very beautiful accommodation just 10 minutes from the airport. The couple was very friendly and gave us nice tips for beaches and restaurants. We felt like at home here. The breakfast was also very lovely. I would recommend you to stay here. Thanks again for everything! "

"What i was offered and what the room was, were two different things. The manager understood my point and offered me a “upgrade” at a additional price. After checking into my upgraded room, the tv did not work, and the water of the shower was cold and then hot. The room also had a funny smell.... On the upside... The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Great apartment. Very quiet. Well maintained. Very helpful host. Regular cleaning. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk to the beach/town but they do offer a shuttle if you need it. We had a hire car so it wasn’t really a problem. "

"The Hotel was in a super location great food everyday new theme for food fresh and service was great staff very friendly especially Gigi and Vic. Free glass bottom boat trip and very helpful boathouse staff. Worth every penny for this superb holiday. "

"Great location with fabulous staff. Dining options could be improved as the evening buffet was not, in our opinion, value for money and could have provided a better range and quality. The other restaurants on site are excellent though and you have plenty of other choices in Flic N Flac, which is a short taxi ride away,"

Excellent property and perfect staff!

"Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "

"We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you. We’re already planning our return trip. "
