"From the time we checked in, everything was perfect. We were greeted by the warmest staff we've ever encountered in a Hotel. They even wished my wife a Happy Birthday. The room was clean and inviting. The shower was one we'd never seen in a hotel room, so we were in awe of that. A clean toilet is definitely a must and that's exactly what we had. The beds were comfortable and clean which is very important to us as well. Overall, we had an amazing stay and the Bar was very laid back and quiet. We enjoyed a drink there and were told that they serve a small selection of food all throughout the night. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again."

"Perfect place to stay for downtown Columbus. Nearby the restaurants around the Arena and North Market and it is connected to Convention Center. Short walk to lots of restaurants and plenty of parking in garage. Rooms were very nicely accommodated. Lots of options for meals/food in both lobbies. "

"This property was great. Loved the tunnel to get to parking also. Only thing is the bar is quiet expensive ( two drinks cost $41 US) other then that though great hotel"
