"We have the best time. Anniversary trip coming from the US. The hotel is in the best location. Close to everything very stylish also is pushed back a bit from the sidewalk so street noise is minimal. This hotel also was extremely clean with so many great amenities. It’s more like apartment style to me. I highly recommend staying there if you’re looking for somewhere central. All staff was very helpful huge Shot out to Adam for checking us in thank you. Will be back later this year. "

"Great apartment with on-suite for both bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and right next to the red line tram terminus. Also a nice supermarket right across the street. Very friendly reception staff and easy check in/out."

"I stayed here for one week: Feb 2025. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the entire place is spotlessly clean, and the room is incredibly well organized. My room was small - like a very posh college dorm😂 - but I never felt cramped because the layout and design was so well done. Bed was so comfortable! I highly recommend!"

"Beds were just horrible. I can’t even give it a proper description. Small, flimsy mattresses that felt like they were sitting on top of cardboard boxes. But for that, a great stay"

"I was asked to review my stay after the property cancelled my booking for 3 rooms for 3 nights only a week before our trip. Had a nightmare rebooking, with Taylor Swift playing and it being Pride weekend."

"The apartment was spacious but the bed was up a spiral staircase in a loft. Nothing wrong with that but I am too old and arthritic to handle such an arrangement "

"We stayed 19 days in a two bedrooms/two baths with a balcony (it's facing the "courtyard" which is surrounded by several buildings). We couldn't really open the curtains without feeling being watched by neighbors in nearby buildings. The apartment is in a good location - quiet but not far from the city center, attractions, and shopping as well as public transportations. There are plenty of restaurants and two markets nearby. "I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....

"My stay at this charming cottage was absolutely wonderful! The place was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat, and I loved relaxing in the living room with the log fire which was a great experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I hope to return again soon when in the area!! "
