"Our check-in was fast and we especially enjoyed our interaction with Raniah. Lots of fun. We had an issue with a broken door (it would not close); but our maintenance person, Tarek, was quick to respond. The desk staff and Tarek got us moved to a new room with minimal effort. We are impressed with all the staff at this property. Thx."
