"For me this was the most relaxing mini break I've had. Julie the owner/hostess is very friendly and chatty and nothing is too much trouble. Her rooms are spotless, bright and tastefully decorated. "The spindrift guest house is excellent you get met at the door by the hosts Mark and Jeni, who make you feel so welcome like your part of the family. They show you around the breakfast room and the lounge . The rooms are big and comfy thw whole place is spotless. "The hostess is a gem! The house is quaint and peaceful. Fabulous breakfast and I love the living room on the bottom floor. Water pressure could be better, but that may just be an issue with the area so I wouldn't fault the propriator for that. The twin mattress in the room was meant for a small child. It was not comfortable for a third adult, but the main mattress was great. Still five stars because the owner is so accommodating and the place is very nice. "

"It's a student hall of residence so amenities and decor are very basic as expected, but you can't complain for the price, especially in the centre of St. Andrews in high season! A bargain really. "So glad we booked this apartment. Right in the middle of town on Market Street with everything within minutes of walking. The place is very spacious by U.K. standards and the fixtures are pretty high end by the U.S. standard. A two bedroom apartment for the price of a small hotel room. Incredible value!
