"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one."

"Had a wonderful stay at Elaine's super clean cottage. Elaine is lovely, such a kind host. The place was ideal for myself and my daughter, great location, quiet and peaceful, with parking right outside. The king bed in the master bedroom was perfect and the single bed in the other bedroom was also comfortable. It is on a busy bus route, and they pass frequently at all times of the day. It is a good base, if you are exploring. It is ideal for a family, however it is a very small property for 8 people and the parking is for 2 small cars. The property was very clean and we had excellent communication with the owners."

"First room was not suitable as there was no window that opened, broken cups, broken coat hooks, no trolley to unpack car, had to make 6 trips up and down unloading the car into the room. TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed. The night manager Karen was lovely and gave us free breakfast and 4 drink vouchers for the fridge at reception. It’s a great hotel with ideal...

"The renovated one room suite was very nice. Clean room, helpful receptionists, and close to many shops, restaurants, and the subway.
