"The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and accomodating. We stay in hotels often and this was the best, staff wise. Good size room and excellent location for getting around the city. Free tea, coffee and water available and they lent us good quality brollies when it rained. Would recommend."

"Very modern hotel. Very quirky and lots of nice touches. Very good value for money. Treated very well by check in staff (fancheso) Everything we needed for stay. Had an issue with bathroom and a foul smell however did report to staff and didnt effect our stay"

"Our bed was amazing and ver comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. The floor however had bits under the desk. Patrick was very helpful and gave us lots of information, very polite."

"We got bad directions thru google coming in at night and made 3 wrong turns before finding the entrance. Signage isnt lit or big enough. Beds are hard. Shower took 5 mins to get warm. However, dinner was excellent and the restaurant owner was utterly delightful and accomodating! "

"Two night stay with dinner on the second night & breakfast. The selection for breakfast was terrific couldnt fault the choice.Loved the fact that the bread for toast white & brown was lovely bloomer bread.Had a two course meal in restaurant & my wife had three courses again first class.Spent some time in the pool , steam room & sauna great for relaxation. To top it all the staff & service was warm & freindly.Cant wait to go back."

"Loved staying here. The convenience of having a kitchen was wonderful and cost effective. Quiet building with double security with 24/7 monitored front desk and key card elevator access. As a single traveler, I felt safe. Convenient location located next to the subway. Great variety of restaurants and pubs (the Hootenanny is across the street but I never heard them). Only knock is the beds. Mattress was very hard. Everything else was perfect ! Will stay here again. "
