"Location is great, walking distance from ski front. However the property comes with no towels, no bedding sheets, no toilet paper or shower gel /shampoo, etc. all the basics that you would expect in this day & age were not provided, especially for such a price. I have never experienced something like this (no towels? No bedding sheets? Beds were bare and not the cleanest) I am not sure how Expedia allows something like this, I believe there are minimum basics expectations from hosts to provide...

They also went to the effort of contacting us about a landslide that had closed a road & would affect our transfer back to the airport (offering us a late check out to help with travel arrangements). "We only stayed three nights in Cuneo, way to short. The apartment had excellent air conditioning and everything we required for a comfortable and restful stay. The apartment is centrally located, but parking was convenient and allowed for an easy in and out of the town. Cuneo is beautiful: plenty of things to do and see, plus excellent restaurants close by. Best of all, Silvio was a fabulous host who was responsive and cared about our particular needs. We will be back!"
