"Top notch property. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The restaurant at the property serves a set course meal worth of a Michelin star. Rooms are huge and very confortable. Unfortunately check in is at 5 pm and check out at 10. Pool does not open until 1 pm and closes at 7 pm so you need to stay at least 2 nights if you want to use it. "

"It was the worst stay in my life. The manager of hotel was very rude to me and to my wife. In addition to it, I paid a premium to get a room with a terrace and when I arrived the same person told me that there were no more rooms with terrace. I ended to be in an smaller room and WITH NO HOT WATER. It is a sky area and we needed to take a shower. It was not possible. I also called the police since there were 40 families with no water and no effective answer from the hotel,"

"A very pleasant stay and warm welcome by Isabella. Just a small criticism is that the hotel did not have the name written on it anywhere, so it was difficult to identify the building. It was only by luck that Isabella met us on the road that we found the hotel. "

Family chalet for 10 people in the mountains between Isola 2000 and Auron

Lovely House in Isola

"We have a great time staying here. The location although 25 mins from Isola 2000 was good so we could access Auron ski slopes too in a quicker time of 17 minutes. The house could be cleaner to be honest but adequate for us. Just a note.. the living room is above the neighbours house and on one night we made a bit of noise and the neighbours came up to have a word with us. We stopped immediately .. otherwise pleasant stay. Good communication with the owner."
