"The hotel is very nice, rooms basic, beds super comfy. When I checked in there was some billing confusion but the next day the manager, Crystal, came to the rescue. She was beyond helpful and generous and did her best to rectify the situation. She came up with solutions and went out of her way to fix the problem that was out of her control. I cannot say enough about her caring attitude and follow up. I 100% recommend this hotel!"

"I’ve stayed at this property a few times now and in different types of rooms, and I absolutely love it! The location is unbeatable: just minutes from town, great restaurants, and the river. Every room has beautiful mountain views, and the entire place is both family- and dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. The rooms are well-equipped, and the kitchens have everything you might need. The front desk and all the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. (They made a beautiful B-day Surprise for my Auntie!) I’d definitely recommend it—and I can’t wait to come back!"
