"Everything about this hotel was lovely except for the noise. I could everyone in the hallway outside my room and the air vent in my room was very loud. Also, I had the do not disturb tag on my door and had housekeeping knock not once , but twice to confirm I was leaving at noon. Point of contention with a lot of hotels who send housekeeping to clean rooms before guests have even checked. "

"Wonderful pueblo style rooms. No elevator to upper floors. Difficult to carry luggage up. The breakfast was hands down the best we encountered on entire trip! "

"This was a lovely property with many amenities such as the spa, fitness center, shuttle, restaurant within walking distance to the galleries, shops and restaurants however some of the rooms felt old and dark. The staff was very accommodating when my first room had an old carpet odor. Our second room was much better. My friend also had to change her first location. Fortunately the staff was so helpful and understanding. "

"This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was huge and stunning. All the staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The food at the restaurant was so delicious! The hotel was right across the street from the Railyard District for amazing weekend shopping and about a 10 minute walk to the plaza. I definitely recommend this property!"
