Gem of a spot, great location and wonderful host!
This is a quiet, adorable, homey and beautifully decorated studio with beautiful touches, a lovely little patio, super peaceful surroundings and all the amenities you could need. The location couldn’t be better and it was the perfect spot for my husband and I. Host was so kind and responsive when we had an issue with the door lock and it was fixed and taken care of in the blink of an eye. Would absolutely stay again!

Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. We loved the studio and garden. Parking is on a dead-end street with limited parking spaces outside the main compound.

Great quiet space to relax and unwind.
The studio had a great home like feel to it, and Vero was a great host. Very close to the Capitol and the plaza. I highly recommend the space to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

A very comfortable property, although a little dark inside. Parking is problematic! Fortunately, our vehicle is not large. Turning around on the dead end street could be a challenge for a larger vehicle.

Close to city center
The room was small but just what we needed. We were in Santa Fe for a wedding and were able to walk from the room to the plaza in about 10 minutes. Saw a few bugs come in from outside but otherwise the place was very clean. Nice bathtub.

Veronica did it again!
This is our second stay in this lovely little casita and it was just as great as the first. It is such a comfortable place and situated perfectly for walking to the grocery, the railyard district and downtown. It is also surprisingly quiet. Veronica is a wonderful host and very responsive to requests. I would recommend this adorable place to any couple who is visiting Santa Fe, especially if you want to be able to walk around town.

Very good place to stay in Santa Fe.
This unit had an excellent location in Santa Fe for visiting old town and close to grocery stores also. The studio is very charming in the old Pueblo style. A very quiet & peaceful location. The initial access is a bit confusing but once understood it is very comfortable. I would recommend a grab bar in the large & quite slippery tub if used as a shower. The owner is very accommodating & easy to talk to.

The space was perfect for one or two people. Nice and clean and quiet. There is limited parking onsite, but I had no problem finding a space on the street. The host was responsive to some minor issues that were more user-error than anything.

Very Santa Fe and close to downtown, quiet. The studio was perfect for one! Parking was fine once you figured it out. The pillows were worn and too hard, I prefer more comfy. The snow fell while I was there, it was beautiful and quiet and warm.

Very comfortable
The place is really cute and very comfortable and very clean! It was a convenient walk to Sprouts and downtown. My only complaint is that after a long day travelling and then arriving at night, the instructions for how to get in and which door would have been nice. For some reason I thought there was going to be a stove or a burner but there wasn't, I did manage ok with the skillet. As a single woman, travelling by myself it didn't feel completely safe entering the property. It was off season and there weren't any people around, so entering through the back and then going in a courtyard wasn't the best.

Cozy casita in a perfect location
We truly enjoyed this sweet studio casita during our recent long weekend in Santa Fe. The location was perfect. Downtown and Guadalupe Street were within strolling distance as well as the DeVargas Center. The studio was very clean and exceptionally quiet. It was roomy, had a large bathroom and walk-in closet and all of the amenities we needed. We really appreciated the ease of communication with Veronica. She was most helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions and she even met us at the gate to assist us with parking and getting settled in the room. The only awkward aspect of the casita was the narrow street parking but Veronica explained very clearly where to put the car and it was really not a problem once we got accustomed to it. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you, Veronica, for making our mini-vacation to Santa Fe even better than usual!

Came up short
Issues: Other than 2 wood dining chairs, the only “casual” chair was worthless and dangerous. Lying on bed was the only option to watch T.V. Parking was a huge hassle. No place to turn around. Other potentially dangerous situations: No grab bar in tub/shower, 2 steep steps into the room, very slippery wood floors. Never before have we been asked to strip the sheets and take all the trash out to the trash cans. Should have spent a few more $$ and stayed elsewhere.

A Quick Getaway!
We loved staying there! The studio is a beautifully spruced-up old adobe structure that was very cozy and comfortable. All you need for such a close proximity to the plaza and all it has to offer.
