"Great location with easy access to downtown, and I even found free parking just across the street. The room was clean, spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. On my first night, I went to first floor bar and noticed a few people talking. I thought they were customers, but they turned out to be staff closing up. A nice lady approached me, asked if I needed anything, and when I mentioned I was looking for coffee, she immediately offered to get one for me. She returned with a delicious Americano, and when I asked about the bill, she said they were already closed and not to worry. Truly outstanding customer service! "
