"Generally all was pleasant about this downtown Phoenix lodging EXCEPT there was NO elevator so we had to lug our heavy load up to the 2nd floor. We were pleased that there wasn't breakfast offered because we wanted to eat at Matts Big Breakfast nearby...best bacon I've ever eaten!"

"Super 8 apparently sold this property to Valley Inn. When I showed up, I was informed that they did not have my reservation, even though Expedia charged my card and sent me a confirmation email. Neither Super 8 nor Expedia informed me. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable communication."

"If you are ok staying in motel 6 than this will be much of the same. Look it’s not the ritz Carlton. But room was clean and it’s cheap. Cons: no food or shopping nearby, lots of homeless activity, kind of a desolate area. Pros: near metro station. Was able to easily take train from airport to motel and from motel to downtown. "
