"Just ok. For an off season I wasn’t expecting spectacular. Starting with the good/great..location is perfect. Steps away from the boardwalk but also a convenient drive to nearby locations. Beach access, pool, hot tub and outside bar are great amenities! The ok/or just fair review..rooms are bit dated with an “old” smell. The front desk is very unwelcoming. No nice decor to welcome you to the beach. Not convenient to get to being located on the 2nd floor which leads to parking which is...

"Customer service was wonderful, the room and view was awesome. The walls can be painted and the furniture can be upgraded. We purchased our own tissue it wasn’t any in our room. The location is perfect on the south side strip 😃👍"

"Balcony overlooking the beach... incredible! Sandy Beach maintenance of the public areas is excellent. All employees were very courteous and professional. Our specific unit needed a little TLC... but we had everything we needed for a wonderful 4 day get away. "

"It's what you'd expect. Older hotel - Oceanfront Myrtle Beach. No bugs -- clean. THey don't rent to locals so no stupid party crowds on benders. Close to about everything. Indoor pool wasn't heated == but is was February. For the price -excellent."

"Overall a great experience. The condo was clean and just what we needed for a quick get away. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub during fireworks. The only negative i would say is i wish there was a better door lock, but no one bothered us and it was a fairly quiet stay. Would stay here again. "
