"We stayed two night here the first night we noticed a small burn hole in one of the blankets. We spoke to the night staff person an told them about it. On check a out they accused myself an my wife of burning a hole in the blanket. She doesn't smoke she vapes. myself I am allergic to smoke. We tried emailing the manger twice an nothing back. One last thing is I must have step on butts outside an throw it in the trash. For doing those things we lost out on our deposit so be careful "

"I normally do not leave reviews but the service at Delta London Armouries was exceptional! As soon as I arrived, staff was there to offer help unloading my luggages and there to answer questions. "The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Ac worked well. Shower was excellent. Staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay for parking. That wasn’t obvious when I booked the room. The lamp by the bed did not work and the plugs didn’t either. Which makes it hard to plug in phones. Lap tops etc. the bathroom fan is so loud and could not be turned off if you wanted light. There were many homeless or displaced adults around but they have to live somewhere. No one bothered...

"Hotel is overall good. Rooms are big but need some TLC. There is a smell in all rooms (I have stayed in 2 different rooms over 2 business visits). Smell is like cigarettes but I suspect it might be just old. Some renovations would serve this hotel well. Good service and good breakfast. Parking is extra but is underground, making it helpful in the winter. Well located."
